Albany Power Lacrosse Club Home

The Albany Power is the Capital District's premier lacrosse program.
The goal of the Power lacrosse club is to train the Albany area's
middle and high school age boys and girls in the skills necessary to
be successful high school and college lacrosse players. The Albany
Power Lacrosse Club offers developmental and elite travel teams in
both the summer and winter seasons as well as a summer league and
tournaments.

The Albany Power program is entering its sixth year, and it is
dedicated to help players to develop lacrosse skills as well as positive
work habits so that they can be successful individuals when they
leave high school.

The Albany Power program has won 17 winter tournaments in 6 years
and 21 summer tournaments in 5 years. As well as placed over 100
alumni in Div. I, II, and III college lacrosse programs.

The schedule for the John Mack Tournament on Sunday February 12th has been
posted on the winter tournaments page. IAS Schedule has not been released yet.

The rosters for the John Mack Tournament in Binghamton and IAS Pre-
Season Tournament in Massachusetts have been posted on the winter
tournaments page. The schedules have not been released yet by the
tournaments. We will post them here as soon as possible. Please let us
know if you are unable to attend.

Congratulations to the Albany Power Lacrosse Blue and Gold teams. They went
undefeated and won the IAS Yuletide Classic Tournament this weekend. See picture.

The Power Girls winter instructional program is full, we are no longer accepting
registrations. The practices will be offered Sunday mornings at the dome in Latham.
Program starts on 11/20. See the Power Girls page for details.

Registration for the winter lacrosse program in the Dome in Latham is now closed to
9-12th grade boys. There are still a few spots available to 5-8th grade boys.

The Albany Power Lacrosse club has now opened the registration for the winter
instructional program. Two programs are being offered, Sunday mornings for 5-8th
grade boys and Sunday evening for 9-12th grade boys. For more information and to

Information on the girls Summer Splash tournament including schedule is now posted

The Schedules for the Baldwinsville, U-Mass, Syracuse and NEYLAT
tournaments have all been released and are now posted on the Summer
Tournaments page. Waivers are required for each tournament. Please print
them and bring them to your coach 45mins before your first game.

The complete schedule for the ADK summer league at Nott Rd park has been
completed. It is posted on the ADK Summer league page. There are still spots
available for 5th and 6th grade boys on the free-agent team.

The Albany Power boys U-13 and U-15 try-out has been completed. Check back to the site Friday
for rosters and next practice information.

The registration for the Albany Power Summer Program is now open. Complete
