The Albany Power program is offered Sunday nights, beginning on
November 22nd and ending February 21st from 8-9:30 pm at the Afrim’s
Sports Dome on route 7 in Latham.  The dates for practice are:

11/22, 11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 1/3,  1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/14, 2/21
What is it?

The Albany Power winter instructional program is designed to improve the
individual skills and team concepts of local high school players.  The
players will receive the highest quality coaching available in the area.  
Position area specific instruction and whole team offensive and defensive
concepts are taught.
The emphasis for the program is on improving area players’ skills to
prepare them for the upcoming high school seasons.  Travel to several
indoor tournaments will be offered but is not the required for the program.


Who is it for?

There will be three divisions offered this winter.  6-7th grade, 8-9th grade,
and 10-12th grade.

When are the tournaments?

When information is available we will post it on the winter tournaments
page.


What is the cost?

The cost for the program is $375.  It includes field rental, insurance and
high quality coaching.  This year players will receive a new pair of practice
shorts.   All players will be required to wear an Albany Power pinney, from
the summer, or purchase one at a cost of $25.  If a player chooses to play
in a tournament the cost is $80 per tournament.

ADK Power program
at the Queensbury Sports dome.  We have
reached capacity for the winter program.  If
